Liven Willow Rise is a new luxury over-50s land lease community currently under development in Southside, Gympie. The project will deliver 150 architecturally designed luxury homes, thoughtfully planned to promote relaxed living, community connection, and a premium lifestyle in a regional setting.
Stage 1 earthworks and retaining wall construction have now been successfully completed, enabling the formation of flat, build-ready house blocks across the initial stage of the development.
Civil works have also commenced, marking the transition into essential infrastructure delivery for the community. Preparation is underway for the next phase of construction, with Stage 2 works expected to commence shortly.
As the project progresses, Liven Willow Rise continues to take shape as a high-quality lifestyle community designed to offer comfort, liveability, and long-term value for future residents.
