Gemlife – Kilcoy Greens

GemLife Kilcoy Greens is a premium over-50s lifestyle resort currently under construction in Woolmar, just outside the town of Kilcoy in the scenic Somerset region. The development will deliver 276 architecturally designed homes, thoughtfully planned to promote community living, active lifestyles, and a strong connection to the surrounding natural environment.

With bulk earthworks now complete, the project has progressed into the civil construction phase. This stage includes the installation of essential civil infrastructure, including the Atlan Stormwater Systems, forming a critical component of the site’s drainage and water management network.
