Thyme Lifestyle Resort – Moreton Bay

The filling operations for Thyme Lifestyle Resort at Rothwell, in the Moreton Bay region, have now been successfully completed. A total of 106,210 cubic metres of clean fill was imported, placed, and precisely graded to achieve the required design levels across the site.

With bulk earthworks complete, the project is now transitioning into the civil construction phase, marking the next stage in delivering essential infrastructure and preparing the site for future residential development.
