Seabreeze Estate, Beachmere is a residential development delivered in the coastal township of Beachmere, designed to provide high-quality, build-ready allotments in a well-serviced and thoughtfully engineered estate setting.
Works included bulk earthworks and the construction of retaining walls to deliver flat, build-ready lots, ensuring optimal usability and long-term stability across the site.
Despite challenging tidal conditions, trenching works were carefully managed and completed safely, demonstrating strong planning and execution in a complex coastal environment. The civil scope also included the installation of water and sewer services, as well as fully constructed stormwater infrastructure, highlighted by a functional bio-retention basin designed to support sustainable water management outcomes.
With all civil works complete, Seabreeze Estate now stands as a well-prepared residential community ready for future development stages.
